Returns Policy

*Due to hygiene reasons we can only issue refunds where the product has been unopened and returned to us in its original packaging. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order, to notify us of your intended return. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us, to return the goods to us. We do not cover the cost of returns. 

Faulty or incorrect products are treated differently. Please email info@halo-care.com if you receive a faulty or incorrect product and we will deal with the case on an individual level.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable - (full Item cost would be refunded)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@halo-care.com and send your item to: Halo-Care, Communications House, Brunswick Industrial Estate, Brunswick Village, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 7BA, United Kingdom.


Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

The Return Process:

We’ve gone paperless! We’re committed to helping the environment and reducing our carbon footprint. If you do wish to return your order and it is unopened, in the original packaging, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to info@halo-care.com stating your order number and reason for returning. (We'll get back to you within 48 hours.)
  2. Mail your product to the following address and please ensure to include your order number within the package: Halo-Care, Communications House, Brunswick Industrial Estate, Brunswick Village, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 7BA, United Kingdom. (please include your order number and name in the package)
  3. Provide your tracking code or proof of postage to: info@halo-care.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable or recorded shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
